Affiliate Program Policy

• Commission: 20% of every invoice the referred customer actually pays.
• Duration: the first 12 months of each referral.
• Hold: commission is held for 30 days before becoming withdrawable.
• Link window: 60 days between the click and the signup.
• Withdrawals: from R$ 50,00 by Pix (Brazil) or R$ 100,00 by PayPal (everywhere else), up to 2 per month.
• Joining: any customer may apply; taking part depends on approval.
• Self-referral is forbidden and refused automatically.

This summary does not replace the sections below — where they differ, the sections win.

Any customer with an active Joinotify account may apply from the panel, under Wallet and referrals. The enrolment is born under review: taking part only begins once Joinotify approves it, and approval is a commercial decision of ours that may be refused without affecting the applicant's subscription.

Not eligible: suspended or overdue accounts, accounts created for the program itself, and anyone whose participation was ended for breaching this policy.

Each person or company takes part once. The same tax id registered for payout on two accounts is refused — see section 8.

Once approved you get a link carrying your code (https://joinotify.com/?ref=YOURCODE). Whoever clicks it has the code stored in their browser for 60 days; if that person creates an account within the window, the referral is recorded at signup.

• Referrals only count for new accounts. A customer who already had a Joinotify account cannot be referred, even if they arrive through your link.
• The first attribution wins: whoever arrived through your link does not become another affiliate's for clicking a different link later.
• The bond lasts as long as the referral exists, and is not transferable.
• Changing your code keeps the previous one working — material already published does not become a dead link.

You follow each referral in the panel, with its state: signed up, earning commission, or no eligible revenue.

The commission is 20% of the amount actually paid on each invoice of the referred customer, for the first 12 months counted from the date of the referral.

• It is born when the invoice is paid — not at signup, not during the trial, and not on an invoice that was issued and never paid.
• The base is the money that came in. If the referral paid part of the invoice with their own balance, the commission applies to what actually came in.
• Invoices paid in a currency other than the wallet's earn no commission; the panel says so.
• Purchases made through MeuMouse.com (Clube M and Joinotify licences) are not part of this program at this stage.

The terms that apply are those of the policy version in force on the day of the referral. If we change the rate, the duration or the hold, referrals already attributed keep the terms they were attributed under.

Every commission is held for 30 days before becoming withdrawable. The hold exists because refunds and card disputes arrive after the payment.

• If the referred customer is refunded, the matching commission is reversed — proportionally on a partial refund.
• If a charge is disputed, the commission is reversed in full when the dispute opens. If we win it, it comes back.
• If the reversal lands after the money has been released, the balance can go negative. Withdrawals then stay blocked until future commissions cover the difference. We do not chase that difference outside the product.

The panel shows the balance in three parts, because they are three different answers: available (usable today), on hold (commission inside the 30 days) and reserved (committed to a withdrawal under review).

Available balance is applied automatically to your next Joinotify invoice, reducing what you owe. Anything left over stays in the wallet. The balance does not expire while the account is active, earns no interest and cannot be transferred between accounts.

You choose how to be paid:

• Pix — Brazil. From R$ 50,00 per withdrawal. Requires a CPF or CNPJ and a Pix key belonging to the same holder. No fee on our side.
• PayPal — everywhere else. From R$ 100,00 per withdrawal. Requires a PayPal account able to receive payments in your country. PayPal's fee and any currency conversion are deducted from the transfer, and both the amount received and the fee are recorded on your statement.

Up to 2 withdrawals a month are accepted. The request reserves the amount immediately, and payment is made within 5 business days of approval. Every paid withdrawal gets a receipt (the transaction identifier) visible in the panel.

A withdrawal may be refused when the payout details are incomplete or inconsistent, when the holder of the document is not the holder of the key or account, or when there is any sign of a breach of this policy. A refusal or a bank failure returns the amount to the wallet, with the reason on screen.

Referring yourself is forbidden, in any form. The check is automatic and runs both at the referral's signup and at payment time:

• the same account on both ends is refused always;
• the affiliate's own email or phone on the referral's signup;
• the same card paying both accounts;
• the same tax id registered for payout on two affiliates.

Also forbidden: creating accounts for yourself, for family members or for companies in the same group in order to generate commission; buying ads on the Joinotify brand or variations of it; sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages or misleading content; presenting yourself as an employee, representative or reseller of Joinotify; promising discounts, features or terms that do not exist; and using coupon sites, extensions or any mechanism that attributes a referral to whoever did not originate it.

Refused referrals stay visible in your panel, with the reason — if you disagree with one, talk to support.

Commission is the affiliate's income, and the tax obligations on it are theirs.

• Individuals in Brazil: the amounts received are taxable income and must be declared; paying the tax is the affiliate's responsibility.
• Companies in Brazil: we may make payment conditional on a service invoice issued against MEUMOUSE.COM - SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA., CNPJ 33.715.878/0001-62.
• Outside Brazil: the affiliate is responsible for the taxes due in their country of residence.
• Where the law requires withholding at source, the amount withheld is deducted from the payout and shown on the statement.

Nothing here is tax or accounting advice.

We may suspend or end participation at any time, with notice and a reason, in case of a breach of this policy, fraud, or the program being discontinued.

• Once participation ends, commissions stop accruing from that moment.
• Available balance can be withdrawn for up to 90 days, subject to the minimum and the withdrawal rules.
• Commissions on hold follow their normal window and, once released, enter the same 90-day period.
• In case of proven fraud, commissions generated by that conduct are cancelled, and amounts already paid may be offset against future balance.

An affiliate may leave the program whenever they want, through the panel or support, under the same rules above.

To pay you we need your name, country, tax id (where applicable) and either the Pix key or the PayPal account. The document and the payment destination are stored encrypted and never appear in full on any screen: the panel shows only the last digits or a masked version. Every time somebody on our team reveals one of those in order to make a payment, the access is recorded.

About your referrals you see only the account name, the date and the commission generated — never their email, phone or the content of what they send. The processing of that data follows the Privacy Policy.

This policy is versioned. When you enrol, which version you accepted is recorded; when you refer somebody, the terms in force on that day are recorded with the referral.

We may change the program's terms at any time. Changes apply to future referrals — those already attributed keep the terms they were born under. Material changes are announced by email or in the panel at least 30 days in advance.
